The Monarch butterflies frequent these gardens to lay their eggs that hatch into the next generation. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and sitting room with a gas fireplace. It also has its own desk/office space, with a sliding glass door opening onto the back patio. The guest bedroom, located just off the kitchen, has its own bathroom, work desk, and PlayStation 4. The living room/dining room open area has an unobstructed view of the Tijuana River Estuary. At night, the lights of Mexico twinkle in the distance. All rooms have their own mini-split a/c units with remote controls. The kitchen has plenty of counter and cupboard space as well as a coffee bar. We are child friendly and dog friendly.
